Grounding Systems
We designed it by putting your life and property safety above everything.
From lightning rods to Faraday cages, from grounding electrodes to connection clamps – the entire system is built for your safety, enhancing life protection, energy security, and uninterrupted power supply.
Earth Transition Resistance Value
Standards and many organizations state that the earth transition resistance should be less than 2 ohms. This resistance should be measured by disconnecting other conductors from the earthing system.
Current Carrying Capacity
It is a capacity related to lightning current and should not be neglected. In order to reduce the impedance, it is necessary to ground with three points parallel to each other instead of grounding with a long conductor in one direction.
Equipotential Bond
The standards state that lightning rod earthing should be combined with structure earthing. All conductors within the structure (chimney, shields, telecommunication or electrical cables) should be connected using equipotential bonding busbars with a minimum cross-section of 16 mm2 for copper and 50 mm2 for steel. Unshielded telecommunication or electrical cables should be connected to the down conductor with a ‘surge arrester’.
