With the Gersan Smart Busbar system, measurement, control, and monitoring can be performed in all busbar systems with GNL, GL, GGD, and GS between 25-6000A with transmitter and receiver units to be installed. The relevant units can be easily mounted on output boxes and, with their DIN rail standard structure, can process two-way information and commands such as analyzer measurements and switch controls as G-Bus signals.

Automation, as defined in industry, is the transfer of a certain portion of the workload involving human labor to machines.

The G-Bus Automation System consists of Busbar output units equipped with a transmitter module that sends signals to the power line using patented PLC (Power Line Communication) technology and operates in conjunction with a server, as well as a receiver module connected to the load elements. The G-Bus Automation System eliminates a significant cost item by communicating via the electrical line without requiring any communication or power cables. The system’s compatibility with busbars allows for installation on previously installed busbars as well.

Gersan | Lighting Automation

When used as a Lighting Automation System, it can perform on-off-dim commands. When used as an Industrial Automation System, it can perform on-off-energy monitoring-meter reading commands.

The G-Bus Transmitter unit provides communication with the server program by providing the connection and isolation between the power line and the network. When the power monitoring analyzer unit is mounted on the output box, reading due to height becomes quite difficult. Therefore, we recommend using G-BUS receiver module analyzer systems. This allows data from the output box to be transmitted to the server center via the power line without the need for any additional parallel lines, as in traditional systems.

G-Bus General Information

G-Bus PLC Automation System

In computer software, groups and scheduled tasks are created to ensure that the relevant recipients perform the functions at the desired time. In addition, access to the automation system is possible both via the local network and the internet. In this way, it is possible to remotely control the devices in the system by connecting to the server from any computer with the computer interface installed using a username and password.

PFC Controllers

You will have support for more than 21 communication protocols. You can transfer your field data to higher-level systems with extensive communication protocol support. From building automation to factory automation, from advanced sensor technologies to cloud systems, G-Bus offers solutions to meet all your needs. It features all standard fieldbus systems, CodeSys-based architecture, easy programming structure, compatibility with modern systems, cybersecurity, and IoT controllers with an integrated Linux operating system.

Lighting Automation

With lighting automation, it is easy to make changes such as opening new sections in work areas, grouping rooms or sections, adjusting brightness levels, controlling fixed lighting, controlling the system using a custom calendar, controlling start and end times, etc. Modern lighting management offers more than just energy and cost savings. It combines economy and resource efficiency for the user with comfort and flexibility. Proper lighting helps increase motivation and is preventive against accidents in the workplace.
