Busbar Systems

The busbar system provides easy installation, long and economical life, less end-of-line voltage conversion, mechanical and thermal resistance, safety, ease of output, and options in electrical transmission and distribution. The outer casings of the busbar system are made of aluminum materials to prevent corrosion. Busbars can be manufactured with paint upon request.

25-100 A Busbar systems are standard 3m. 160-1000A and 400-6300A Busbar systems are standard 4m. The text starting with “Length” reads: “25-100 A Busbar systems are standard 3m, 4m, and 6m in length. 160-1000A and 400-6300A Busbar systems are standard 3m, 4m, and 6m in length. This minimizes the need for additional connections at high currents, thereby preventing issues related to transition resistance. Our electrical distribution equipment, including transformers, panels, busbars, and output boxes, enables us to access and control all available information, such as status data and measurement values, through bidirectional communication over power lines. This is a simple and patented solution.

The G-Bus software is installed, and access to relevant information and controls can be provided from any PC connected to a local or internet network. With the GERSAN Smart Busbar system, measurement, control, and monitoring can be performed on all Busbar systems with GNL, GL, GGD, and GS, using transmitter and receiver units to be installed between 25 and 6300A. The relevant units can be easily mounted on output boxes and, with their DIN rail standard design, can process two-way information and commands such as analyzer measurements and switch controls as G-Bus signals.

Medium Power Busbar Systems (GGD Series)

It has a wide range from 160A to 1000A.
With its aluminum body, it is lightweight, decorative, and durable.
The conductors are tin-plated.
The standard straight length is produced as 4 meters.
Uses 25% fewer joints compared to 3-meter busbars.
It has an easy and safe joint assembly with a single bolt.
It has 8 plug-in windows in one length.
The dust covers allow only box entry.
Produced in IP50 and IP55 protection standards.
It has all international certificates and the CE certificate related to busbars.

High Power Busbar Systems (GS-COMPACT)

Produced in the range of 400-6300 Amperes.
The conductors are tin-plated.
The body, made entirely of aluminum, enhances cooling and provides electrical efficiency.
0.38 mm thick Polyester+Epoxy insulation provides better compact structure and maximum safety.
Bend and offset accessories are weld-free.
The joint point does not allow short circuits and has equipment for bolt-on output.
It has plug-in points that do not compromise the compact structure.
Produced with standard IP55 and IP65/67/68 protection class.
It has all international certificates and CE certificate related to busbars.
Class F (155 °C) 300 micron epoxy coating can be applied for GSC.
The aluminum body is extruded, corrosion-resistant, and anodized.
The aluminum body thickness is 3-4 mm.

Resin Busbar Systems (GR Series)

Produced in the range of 500–600 Amperes.
The conductors are tin-plated.
Developed for humid and salty environments with a body made entirely of resin.
The thick resin insulation structure provides better protection against corrosion.
Bend and offset accessories are weld-free.
The joint point does not allow short circuits and has equipment for bolt-on output.
Produced with standard IP68 protection class.
Has all international certificates and CE certificates related to busbars.

Lighting Busbar Systems

Lighting Busbar Systems are used in lighting circuits requiring three-phase or single-phase power in buildings and industrial facilities. When used in conjunction with power busbar systems, they are the best choice for energy efficiency and maximum long-term economic benefit.

GNL Series

Used in lighting and raised flooring systems.
Produced in 2 options: 25 and 40 amperes.
